The room was clean and comfortable with two reclining chairs. Hooks and drying areas were convenient. The trails were easily accessible. Dinner at the nearby tavern was delicious. The convenience of loading and unloading was appreciated, as were the outdoor chairs. The yurts provided a cozy hangout spot. Coffee/tea amenities were a nice touch. The upcycled motel had a great location and restaurant/bar. The online check-in process was simple. The room felt like home with complimentary treats. The fire pit was a nice spot to relax. Would stay again for stargazing trips.

The convenience of having a database pulled right up to my room made loading and unloading super easy. I loved the cool chairs outside the room where I could sit and enjoy a beer après-ski. The yurts were a great option for larger groups to hang out in and they were heated too. The complimentary Swedish fish for kids and sparkling water and hand warmers were a nice touch. The in-room etch-a-sketch kept the kids entertained. the property was peaceful and I can't wait for the restaurant to open. I will definitely stay here again. The Keurigs in the room with logo mugs for coffee/tea were a nice addition. Coffee/tea/hot coco set up outside the office window was a convenient treat.

Felt really like home, no reason to complain.

Great location for exploring the Adirondacks. The rustic charm of the lodge added to the overall experience. The chalets were cozy and clean, with ample storage space for our belongings. The owner, Richard, provided us with helpful information about local dining options. During a snowstorm, Richard and Susan went above and beyond by opening the restaurant and serving a full menu, ensuring we didn't have to venture out in blizzard conditions. The food was delicious and portions were generous. We had a memorable stay and would definitely recommend this lodge. it was a wonderful experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at this lodge! The cozy yurts served as a common room and the pub-yurt with live music was a fantastic social spot. The lodge provided comfort and quietness, with comfortable seating, games, and a wood stove that was always stoked. The location of the lodge was perfect, with a trailhead conveniently located behind a nearby tavern, making it easy to go hiking. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, adjusting the heat to our liking and providing important information about the area. The restaurant next door served delicious food and beverages, and it was just a short one-minute walk back to my room. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, staff, and location were all top-notch.

    No negatives from this hotel.

Great for a ski trip! The rooms are spacious, clean, and have plenty of hot water. The lodge-like décor is comfortable and the beds are cozy. The owner is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant offers delicious and reasonably priced meals, perfect after a day on the slopes.

The rooms are a bit worn and outdated. Cell coverage is spotty and the Wi-Fi can be unreliable.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is close to the mountain and town, making it convenient for outdoor activities and exploration. The cabins offer a rustic mountain experience and the water is hot with good pressure. The mattresses are new and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The restaurant service seems to be slow at times, causing frustration for some guests.
